BasX - flexible comfort ventilation for individual requirements
The modular BasX unit is designed to meet the requirements of offices, hotels, schools, supermarkets, locker rooms and any indoor environment that will benefit from a flexible air handling solution. Customized heat recovery
BasX can be equipped with three different types of heat recovery:
- Cross flow heat exchanger
- Rotary heat exchanger
- Run around coils
The cross flow heat exchanger has an optional by-pass damper which enables cooling with fresh air when the outside temperature is lower than the inside temperature. The rotary heat exchanger provides high energy recovery with up to 85%. If flexibility in terms of position of the unit is a priority, a solution with run around coils is ideal in that it allows the supply and exhaust to be fitted in different parts of the building.
